The Cambodian People's Party 36-year anniversary since the Vietnam ousted Pol Pot HUL RAY I JANUARY 8, 2015 Yesterday, National Assembly President Heng Samrin, led the celebra- tions commemorating the 36 th anniversary of the Vietnamese army artd Khmer Rouge, a separatist group toppled Pol Pot regime and established the People's Republic.
