A photograph of George and Thida Chigas (foreground) sitting with a small band of musicians at Khao I Dang refugee camp. Background, left to right: One musician is playing a khim, a kind of dulcimer. The second musician is playing a tro u, a kind of fiddle or violin. The third musician is playing the t'kay or takei. The other person in the background is a friend of George and Thida Chigas, and is escorting them around the camp. This person eventually moved to Lynn, Massachusetts.
