Description
This woodworking was done by a man named Poolsin Pat who used to be a monk at the Trairatanaram Temple. He offered to make a carving for this project. He was asked to copy one of the base reliefs in a book by Heinrich Zimmer entitled "The Art of Indian Asia." He selected a relief from one of the temples constructed during the Angkor period which depicts a battle scene.
